The Dual XNAV43HD can pull down over 500 messages per minute in over 50 cities and markets in which the new digital service is now live, and all of the information will be continuously monitored and updated by Clear Channel's radio staff, so the data will be real time. HD digital radio technology is capable of delivering digital-quality sound and various other services while leveraging the existing analog spectrum. Currently HD Radio technology is available throughout the U.S. and commercial implementation is gaining momentum in various countries, including Mexico, Brazil, and The Philippines, iBiquity said.
