Sony XDR-S10HDiP HD Clock Radio with iTunes Tagging reviewed
Some of the comments, pros and cons of the Sony XDR-S10HDiP clock radio with iPod dock. This information is consolidated from various reviews.
Pros: This HD radio supports iTunes Tagging. Very clear reception. Dual alarm clocks. Charges your iPod and even iPhone while docked. Small footprint. Treble are clear and the bass are decent for a radio of this size. The menus are intuitive. The Sony allows up to 40 preset stations. The LCD display is bright and easy to read. The surround sound feature brings a spatial sound that helps to overcome the small size of the speakers. Nice display: the LCD is both easy and bright. Easy to read especially with HD Radios that broadcasts extra information like the show title, song title and the artist name.
Cons: iPod tray is one size so many not fit all iPods very snugly, but they are secure enough. While LCD is bright and easy to read, some reviews indicate it may be too bright...very bright LCD display. No audio output, only an audio input. Radio Sensitivity is average even with regular FM radios.
Comments : The first HD clock, tabletop radio from Sony.
