Audi will expand HD Radio technology to its automobile line

After a review of the available digital technologies, Audi of America has recently announced plans to offer HD car radio and stereos as a standard feature in many of its automobiles beginning with the 2011 models. These models will start arriving in dealerships in 2010. These Audi luxury vehicles will be fully equipped with top of the line digital broadcast engineering, the best AM/FM HD Radio audio systems available that feature added content and format choices as well as crystal-clear digital radio sound.

Audi is one of the world’s most progressive car companies, and Audi will always strive to deliver on the pillars of its top of the line brand promise, which includes technology and performance. Incorporating HD Radio technology in future Audi car models reflects that commitment to being the best, Audi has said.
